Through these programs, Mitiguy Aviation pilots may receive mentorship, recruiting support, and a pathway toward becoming airline First Officers once they meet applicable minimums.
About the Cadet Programs
Airlines offer cadet programs designed to support pilots as they build flight time and prepare for an airline career.
Cadets may receive mentorship, company updates, recruiting support, and priority consideration as they work toward 1,500 hours and airline eligibility.
